The Value of Landscape & Hardscape

Even though the current economic down turn has many people resisting new projects around the home it is important to remain optimistic. Home values may fluctuate in your area but as a homeowner, maintaining curb appeal and appearance should remain a priority. Replacing old overgrown shrubs, correcting drainage problems and renovating turf are as critical to maintaining home value as new windows or siding. After all the first impression of your home from the street or sidewalk should provide a neat and ordered appearance.
