CONTINGENCIES:

1. All of the above services are provided where contractually applicable only.
2. All of the above services are scheduled as weather permits.
3. Turf Program (fertilization, pre-emergent weed control, broadleaf weed control) applications are scheduled in accordance with specific weather conditions.
